Jim Paulis

   Introductions....introducing you to my work, introducing my work to a gallery...new and exciting introductions for me. Blue Morning Gallery has been gracious enough to accept the work I am doing with clay into their fold. My history in the arts includes everything from producing commercial videos to live theatre, re-enacting gunfights while living in Nevada for 23 years, stone carving, silversmithing,lost wax casting, and in the early years, professional photgraphy for UPI and the AP and the City of Miami Publicity Department. Only in the last 18 months have I found clay to be my passion. I love allowing the clay to become what it wants to become. I love using color that catches the eye and pleases it. I hope you find it refreshing.
