Mary Ann Englehart

I was born in St.Paul, MN, but moved to Texas with my family when I was three, therefore I consider myself a "Texan" ! I retired and came to Florida almost ten years ago. For one reason, because I had heard the area was an artist's paradise and I wanted to live that "artist's dream."

I have painted all my life, as long as I can remember and taken many different classes and workshops in all media. I prefer watercolor, as it is a very challenging medium. I have been fortunate to have some very outstanding and talented teachers and have been trained in watercolor, pastel, colored pencil (wet and dry) and pen/ink. My subjects are many, such as flowers, still life, landscape, seascape, beach, birds, people and animals.
