APPLICATION FOR SCREENING

Thank you for your interest in Blue Morning Gallery!

Please include with your application:

1. Five to ten color slides/photographs of your current work and provide one original in the format it would be displayed (ie. framed/etc.) for gallery viewing. All work must be original. Identify each slide or photograph with your name, the title, medium, and retail price of the work.

2. A current resume, three references, and an artist's statement.

3. A self-addressed, stamped envelope for jury notification and return of slides or photographs.

4. Your $25.00 non-refundable screening fee.

5. Following preliminary screening, you will be contacted regarding bringing in your work for jurying and an interview with the screening committee.
